This Light Breeze Returns and Exchanges Policy sets out the conditions for returning or exchanging goods and receiving a refund. We want your shopping experience to be clear and secure, so below you will find all the key terms relating to returns and exchanges of women\u2019s clothing.<\/p>\n

Standard Sizes<\/b><\/p>\n

You may withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 calendar days of receiving the item, provided that:<\/p>\n

\u2022 the item is unworn, undamaged and has all original labels attached;
\u2022 the item remains in a resalable condition;
\u2022 proof of purchase is provided.<\/p>\n

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.<\/p>\n

Refunds are issued to the same account used for the original payment within 7 business days after we receive the returned item and assess its condition.<\/p>\n

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.<\/p>\n

Made-to-Measure Items<\/b><\/p>\n

Items made to order or clearly personalised to the customer\u2019s requirements cannot be returned or exchanged.<\/p>\n

This is in accordance with Article 6.228(10), paragraph 2, of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\n

Faulty Items<\/b><\/p>\n

If an item has a manufacturing defect for which the seller is responsible, it will be replaced free of charge or a full refund will be issued.<\/p>\n

The seller may ask you to provide photographs of the item or other evidence of the defect.<\/p>\n

If no defect is found, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.<\/p>\n
